► MIC RECRUITMENT ASSESSMENT POLICY

By participating in the Microsoft Innovations Club recruitment cycle and submitting assessment tasks, you agree to abide by the guidelines outlined below.

1. ACADEMIC INTEGRITY & ORIGINALITY

All code, designs, documentation, and task responses submitted during the recruitment process must be your own original work. Plagiarism, unauthorized copying from other applicants or external repositories without attribution, or submitting work generated entirely by third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.

2. SUBMISSION DEADLINES & MODIFICATIONS

Submissions must be submitted prior to the announced stage deadline. You may edit your submission while the recruitment cycle remains open and your submission status is pending review. Submissions received after the deadline will not be evaluated.

3. EVALUATION & SELECTION DISCRETION

Evaluations are conducted by the Microsoft Innovations Club domain review panels using standardized rubrics. Evaluation decisions, stage advancements, and final domain allocations made by the recruitment board are final.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY OF RECRUITMENT MATERIAL

Assessment statements, problem sets, and recruitment prompt assets provided during recruitment are intended exclusively for your evaluation. Distributing or sharing materials publicly or with competing candidates during the recruitment process is disallowed.

5. CODE OF CONDUCT

Applicants are expected to maintain professional and respectful communication with domain leads, panelists, and fellow candidates across all official MIC communication channels, interviews, and submission portals.
